No... that isn't exactly the case, in the movie they were naked when they farted on the pillows thus causing the pinkeye.

Pinkeye - Pinkeye is spread through feces, or at least feces particals. Flatulence causes some of finklematter, or feces that remains after waste is expelled from the body, to be deposited over the area of the flatulence. Since usually a person is wearing clothes the finklematter isn't spread very far...
