Just how long is the jungle? I'm in jungle 50 and haven't met any creature yet I'm kind of new to the game

It's a bit long, but the encounter rate is low. I went through it without getting any encounters a few times in my test runs. Mostly you will get 3~5 encounters though. It's just to get new players an idea of how the maps work, just follow the numbers until you get to the next area.
