To post a clan you must have at least 120 posts. This is to insure you don't go inactive for no reason. If a clan is made by a person with less posts it will be archived until they get the required amount and then the clan will be restored.
You may only have 1 clan and 1 ONLY.
If there are no new posts in a clan for 5 DAYS then then clan will be considered inactive and will be archived.
All other Rogue Dynasty rules apply.
