Rules
! 1. You may fight in THREE battle and only THREE battle at a time. !
2. We do not give stat boosts out. So, please don’t ask.
3. For a battle, You MUST accept it to activate it. The only way the battle will be start is if the thread starter accepts the challengers challenge. If he rejects, he rejected. Don’t bother him.
4. You have three days, to respond to a attack. You have exactually Three Days. So, Watch what time you post the thread. A no contest battle, the winner will be the person you attacked last.
5. If your not in the battle. Don’t post in it, unless you are a REF. You WILL be warned to a full extent. We will have a thread for Battling Talk.
6. To battle, you MUST know how the battle arena is run. If you have any questions post in the QUESTIONS/ANSWERS/SUGGESTIONS/HELP thread or Private Message or Instant Message a ref or refs.
7. Match Stats. Since Stat Boost are illegal. Make them close. I do not want to battle a level twenty chocobo against a level five. That is unfair and we want the battles to be fun for everyone.
8. If you post a move such as Cure or Esuna, then you must say whether it is 1 or 2. If you don’t then you will lose that turn.
9. If the move is not clear, or you made up a magic that isn’t on the list then you will also lose your turn.
10. Don’t edit your posts. If you do edit your post then put it on a new line with EDIT: and whatever you changed. If you are caught lying in your edit then you will be fully warned. Changing your move(s) is against the rules (one exception, if you made a move that you can't make and you caught it or if you made up a magic. But keep the original post).
11. We will try and not have CBA matches and Races during the same time. (Currently Not Active)
12. THE LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT RULE: HAVE FUN!!!

CBA Facts
Here you can particapte in 1 on 1 fighting, 2 on 1 , 3 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, or whatever else your crazy mind can think of. Just remember, EVERY battle is a two vs. two automatically since it’s THE OWNER AND THE CHOCOBO both fighting.
The Chocobo Battle Arena is based off of your stats that were posted in the other thread. Your chocobo can attack, defend, or cast spells. The Chocobo's stats also differ depending on the color you choose.
So, heres how it works,
Attacking
To attack all you have to do is post saying you attack the opposite owner, and that your chocobo attacks the enemy chocobo. You have the option of attacking your enemy or your enemy's chocobo and vise-versa.
The refs flip three coins, either resulting in HHH, HHT, HTT, or TTT. the first heads is worthy 25, the second is 50 and the third is 100. We then take the score of the heads and multiple it by your level.
Example 1:
Owner 1:
Hp: 500/500
Mp: 250/250
Level: 10
Chocobo 1:
Hp: 250/250
Mp: 125/125
Level: 5
Vs.
Owner 2:
Hp: 500/500
Mp: 250/250
Level: 10
Chocobo 2:
Hp: 250/250
Mp: 125/125
Level: 5
So lets say Owner 1 attacks as well as his Chocobo:
He gets: HTT so we take 25* the level 10 so it looks like this 25*10= 250
Then we take 250 and subtract it from Owner 2's Hp.
The Chocobo gets: HTT: so we take 20* the level 5 so it looks like this 25*5=125.
We do the same as we did with the owner and we subtract that from Chocobo 2’s life.
Then Owner 2 and his Chocobo attacks and the owner gets:
HHT: so it's 50*10= 500
We subtract this from Owner 1's life
The chocobo gets:
TTT: Miss!!
So we get this after the round is over:
Owner 1: Defeated
Hp: 0/500
Mp: 250/250
Level: 10
Chocobo 1: Defeated
Hp: 250/250
Mp: 125/125
Level: 5
Owner 2: Winner
Hp: 250/500
Mp: 250/250
Level: 10
Chocobo 2: Winner
Hp: 125/250
Mp: 125/125
Level: 5
The end result is that Owner 2 has won the battle because he killed the Owner and a Chocobo can‘t operate without an Owner REMEMBER THAT!!!!!.
Note: Most battles may take more then one turn.
Magic
You will also have the option to cast magic but ONLY CHOCOBOS CAN CAST MAGIC. This is only possible because a “Mog” is given to every chocobo before the battle begins. This is imaginary. ;)
However Magic depends on how much mp(mana or magic points) you may have, and on the level of your chocobo.
So if:
Chocobo 1 used Choco Kick on Chocobo 2, it would take away 100 Hp points from Chocobo 2's health and 15 mp from Chocobo 1 then Chocobo 2 also casts Choco Kick on Chocobo 1 and Chocobo 1 loses 100 hp and Chocobos 2 losse 15 mp.
so it looks like this:
Chocobo 1 casts Choco Kick- 100 hp is taken from Chocobo 2, and 15 mp from Chocobo 1. 100-500=400
Chocobo 2 uses Choco Kick on Chocobo 1- 100 hp is taken from Chocobo 1, and 15 mp from player 2. 300-500=200
So....
Player 1:
Hp: 200/500
Mp: 235/250
Level: 10
Vs.
Player 2:
Hp: 400/500
Mp: 235/250
Level: 10

Just as well as you have the power to defend yourself, you have the power to defend with your Chocobo. The only difference from the two is that the chocobo will take FULL damage, and the OWNER will take 1/2 damage.
So in our ealrier example lets say Owner 2 defended, this is what happens.
Owner 1 attacks:
He gets: HTT so we take 25* the level 10 so it looks like this 25*10= 250
Then we take 250 and subtract it from player 2's HP.
Owner 2 defends:
So the damage would be deducted by 1/2 to 125. So his hp would be:
Player 2:
Hp: 375/500
Mp: 250/250
Level: 10
