I already helped you in the chat box but for anyone else coming here for the answer:
These are Charm items. Equip them on your charm slot. They are also for 1 battle only (1B). After battle they will "shatter" and disappear unless you or the enemy runs away or both players are annihilated (draw). Be careful using them in PVE as they will shatter if you lose the battle and in PVE you don't get exp and gold for losing like PVP!
