I think it would be more efficient if we could add an inventory search in the inventory where we could just search the item's name instead of going all finding our desirable item in the inventory just to add in the item slot.

On PC you can use CTRL+F on most, if not all, browsers to search.
For mobile browsers, I can't say for all browser because I only use Chrome. In Chrome's mobile browser go to the options then "Find on Page" and you can search.
I know a built in search would be better. I'll put it down for a future update but I should focus on higher priority updates first.
If you're talking about the equip page and the drop down lists of all your items, I plan to redo the equip page and maybe use some kind of drag and drop thing where you can drag the item from your inventory to the slot you want to equip it on. The drop lists aren't very mobile friendly so I would like to do away with those all-together.
