Chocobos can be bred at the Barn in the Chocobo Ranch. You need a certain combination of items. I won't tell you exactly how. That's for you to discover. :P

There's no way to disable players from watching your PVP battles. All open PVP battles are listed in the Battles tab. PVE monster battles can technically be viewed by other players but it's not easy. They would have to find the battle ID and enter it manually into the browser URL. Since the battles are in their own frame, it's not easy to get the URL and battle ID. There are no direct links to PVE battles.
